Description

When I made this I was listening to "call of cthulhu". o.O
I went a bit away from the original plan that was much more creepy as cthulhu world normally is, but I kinda liked it this way :)
All constructive criticism is welcome :)

Well, this is a very interesting picture. The beam of light and ascension of the central character, are very different from the Old God who occupies the background. Cosmic Horror is dependent on the value that human beings are not as important as they would like to believe.

But in this picture, the focus isn't on the Cthulu, and the ascending girl seems oblivious or uncaring to its existence. The beam of light also gives the impression of some higher power, which is an interesting contrast to the Cthulu, as it means that it is not the only power.

The anatomy of the girl seems fine, and you've put a lot of detail into the scales of the Cthulu. The line work on the girl's legs and chest looks a little wonky and thus distracts. If the Cthulu's eyes were a more vibrant red, I believe it would make the picture pop more, but I know you weren't going for a super scary aesthetic.

I'm not if this picture has a meaning to it, but I must give you props for such an original idea. Usually, the Cthulu towers over cowering humans (per the Cosmic Horror formula), but I think this picture definitely works to evoke thought.
